I am a higher education administrator and a PhD student at the University of Texas at Austin in the College of Education. I currently work as the Coordinator of Curriculum for Texas State Technical College Waco. Previously, I worked in Residence Life at Queen’s University where I coordinated educational programming within the residence community. My professional goals include continuing to work in higher ed administration in progressively more senior roles, either at a 4-year university or 2-year college. Having a meaningful impact on student success is what is most important to me.
As a higher education administrator, I am dedicated to harnessing my skills as an educator, curriculum developer, and instructional designer to maximize student success in college. In all aspects of my work, I see myself as an educator committed to academic excellence and holistic student development. I enjoy working collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students across campus to enhance student engagement and the learning experience. I am dedicated to underpinning learning activities, both in and out of the classroom, with robust curricula including defined and measurable learning outcomes. more about Kyle Massey
